The policy ensures that all certificates granted to participants, interns, and attendees of workshops or training programs are authentic, verifiable, and protected from fraudulent use.
By using our verification services, you agree to the terms of this policy and acknowledge that any misuse of the verification process may result in legal consequences.
2. Purpose of Verification
The certificate verification system has been established to:
- Confirm the authenticity of certificates issued by HackerHub8.
- Prevent the use of forged or altered certificates.
- Assist employers, educational institutions, and other entities in validating achievements.
- Maintain trust and transparency in the credentials we provide.
3. Scope
This policy applies to all certificates issued by HackerHub8, including but not limited to:
- Workshop Participation Certificates
- Virtual Internship Completion Certificates
- Training Program Certificates
- Special Achievement or Excellence Awards
4. Verification Process
To verify a certificate, users must follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit the official certificate verification portal at https://hackerhub8.in/check-certificate.
- Enter the unique Certificate ID or Verification Code printed on the certificate.
- Submit the form to check the validity of the certificate.
- View the verification result, which will include details such as the holder’s name, course or event name, issue date, and certificate status.
Only certificates issued through our official channels and registered in our database will be considered valid.
5. Data Accuracy
The certificate verification system retrieves information directly from our secure database. All details displayed during verification reflect the information provided by the certificate holder at the time of issuance. HackerHub8 is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data submission by participants.
6. Misuse & Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate, forge, or duplicate a certificate is strictly prohibited. Such actions may result in:
- Immediate invalidation of the certificate.
- Legal action under applicable laws.
- Permanent ban from future HackerHub8 programs and activities.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect the privacy of certificate holders. Certificate verification results are limited to necessary details for validation purposes only. We do not disclose additional personal data unless legally required.
Employers or institutions requesting verification should obtain consent from the certificate holder before initiating the process.
8. Third-Party Verification Requests
In cases where third parties (e.g., employers or universities) request verification through email or other offline means, they must:
- Provide the Certificate ID or a scanned copy of the certificate.
- Submit a written request to our official email address (verify@hackerhub8.in).
- Obtain prior consent from the certificate holder.
Offline verification requests may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
9. Retention of Records
We maintain a digital record of all issued certificates for a period of at least 5 years from the date of issuance. Certificates older than this period may no longer be available for verification unless otherwise required by law.
10. Limitations of Verification
The verification system confirms the authenticity of the certificate but does not validate the certificate holder’s current skills, employment status, or ongoing competency.
Any interpretation or reliance on the certificate’s credibility is the responsibility of the verifying party.
11. Amendments to Policy
HackerHub8 reserves the right to modify or update this Certificate Verification Policy at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.
